• Hear the scientific and historical evidence of chakras.
• Understand basic principles behind energy healing methods.
• Experience fun and easy exercises to detect and shift subtle energies.
• Learn how the seven-chakra system works and how balanced chakras are beneficial in daily life.
• Practice basic energy healing and chakra balancing techniques to promote balance of the body, mind, and spirit.
• The prerequisite for advanced class.
