• In this hands-on class, you will experience simple energy techniques to help balance the body, mind, and spirit.
• Students learn how the power of intention, imagery, and energetic vibration can harmonize your energy field.
• Understand your 7-chakra system and how balanced chakras are beneficial in daily life.
• Hear the scientific and historical evidence of chakras.
• Practice easy exercises to detect and shift subtle energies.
• Learn how to test, balance, and strengthen the chakras.
