Topic:  ‘Practice of Personal Energy Skills’

• The group will practice basic energy skills you can do for yourself every day.
• Examples include grounding to the earth, being present and aware, finding the inner power of stillness and breath, and running your energy.
• We will experience a couple meditations and have group discussion.

Monthly on the 1^st Tuesday, 1 – 2:30 pm.
