• Indigenous cultures used the medicine wheel as a template for the sacred cycles of life.
• This timeless wisdom is a learning tool for positive transformation on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
• Students learn how the four quadrants represent the connection with the natural world, and how to be in holistic balance with life.
• The class explores the relationship with the four seasons, directions, colors, elements, animal totems, and life phases.
• Students can use this information throughout the year to increase balance in their life.
